Welcome to 2026, and my 25th year in business!
As we look back on 2025, my Rooted Hudson Valley team achieved over $31,000,000 in sales, placing us in the top 1% of all agents in the HVCRMLS. This past year, we had the privilege of working with 25 sellers and 18 buyers who chose us as their trusted real estate advisors. These properties ranged in price from $85,000 to $2,700,000, a true reflection of our strong commitment to serving a diverse client base across the Hudson Valley. The homes we listed averaged 43 days on the market while achieving 101% of asking price.
For the fifth consecutive year, I was honored to receive the Berkshire Hathaway Chairman’s Platinum Circle Award, distinguishing me as a top one percent sales professional in the national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. I have also been awarded the Ulster County Board of Realtors Top Producer Award each year since 2004. In addition, I’m honored to serve on the Hudson Valley Catskill Region Realtors Professional Standards Committee.
A meaningful part of my success is rooted in a deep commitment to community. I currently serve on the SUNY Ulster Foundation and the Mohonk Preserve Board of Directors. This work, along with ongoing support of the Episcopal Church of Christ the King, Rondout Valley Food Pantry, and other local organizations, complements the networking and marketing efforts that have long been central to my real estate practice.
Although my professional career has taken many turns—from critical care nursing, to medical sales and marketing, to real estate—there are clear throughlines. At its core, this work is about helping people. I truly enjoy working with both sellers and buyers throughout the Hudson Valley, and I take your goals and objectives seriously, working diligently to help you achieve them.
