She had just the right combination of trying to help us see a place, think through pluses and minuses, but at the same time be unobtrusive so we felt free to explore and imagine living there ourselves. She was also incredibly patient. The market in the area was extremely tough, so we went through several bidding wars and 18 months of searching before finding - and getting - the perfect place. We cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her as a realtor.

Zack did an outstanding job preparing, negotiating, and selling my late sister's home. As executor of the estate and living out of town, I was unable to be present for just about every aspect of the sale. Zack managed to coordinate all efforts between the contractors, attorneys and the buyers. He kept me informed of the market trends and got us a fair price for the home. Again, we really appreciate all what Zack has done for us.

She has incredible knowledge of the local area, both in terms of the real estate (she seems to have bought/sold everywhere), and has recommendations at the ready for local attractions and conveniences. On top of being buttoned up and communicative throughout our entire looking/buying process, Laurel provided us with the impartial guidance we needed. My husband and I are first time homebuyers, so her ability to point out things we would have never noticed (both good and bad) was incredibly helpful to us. Not to mention, we managed to close in the middle of COVID with Laurel helping us every step of the way and providing us with reccos for banks and lawyers so we didn't have to waste time digging around for this on our own.
