Meet Zachary

My parents put down part-time roots in Accord, NY in 1973, and I grew up spending weekends and summers “in the country.” My love for the Hudson Valley deepened over time. I returned for college, met my husband, got married on a mountaintop, and brought both my children here within weeks of their births. In 2020, our family relocated to Kingston, and it has been the best move of our lives.

I’m deeply committed to the positive evolution of the real estate industry. As President-Elect of the Columbia-Greene Board of REALTORS® and a graduate of the NYSAR Leadership Academy, I continue to serve on state-level committees focused on advancing professionalism, ethics, and opportunity within the field. I believe in leading with integrity and collaboration, building systems that honor both the human side of real estate and the changing needs of our communities.

One of the greatest gifts of this region is its deeply rooted sense of community—welcoming, creative, and endlessly inspiring. I’m proud to invest my time in the places and programs that make it thrive. I serve as President of the M.C. Miller Music Boosters, Vice President of our public school PTO, and on the board of the Forest Lake Camp Alumni Association, which helps more kids experience the joy of summer camp. I also support organizations that preserve the Hudson Valley’s vibrant spirit, including Mohonk Preserve, Seed Song Farm & Center, and the Open Space Institute.

Before real estate, I spent 15 years in hotel and restaurant leadership and eight years as CEO of a strategic consulting firm serving hospitality, real estate, education, and healthcare clients. That experience shaped my approach today. I listen closely to my clients, to the market, and to the quiet cues in between to help them navigate the process with confidence and peace of mind. Every client deserves a one-size-fits-one strategy, grounded in trust, empathy, and precision.

I love cooking elaborate meals, getting lost in the garden, and that moment when a buyer walks into a house and just knows. Helping people begin or beautifully close a chapter of their Hudson Valley life brings me joy!
