Meet Zachary

A lifelong resident of Accord, NY I have a deep appreciation and love of everything about the Hudson Valley. I value my close friends and family, the culture of my town, and the overall uniqueness of the landscape. These are just a few things that keep me drawn to this area. The charm of our close community is always knowing the perfect places to shop, the best restaurants around, and all the different activities to do throughout all times of the year.

My involvement in the local community plays a major part in my success as I serve as a full-time board member on the Town of Rochester Planning Board which keeps my skills sharp in town codes, building restrictions and useful in guiding clients on developing properties. In addition, I am a graduate of SUNY Ulster and a current member of the SUNY Ulster Alumni Committee and serve as a board member for the Rondout Valley Business Association. Being a part of these associations gives me the tools and resources of our community to help and assist my clients throughout and even after their real estate transactions.  

I have recently obtained my Associate Broker License and I am working diligently and cordially in the development of Nutshell’s newest team, Rooted Hudson Valley. I am happy to be working with three other professionals who each bring a unique skill set and special connection to the Hudson Valley. This gives us the ability to provide our clients with a professional and seamless Real Estate Transaction.
