Meet Emily

My family's connection to the Hudson Valley began in 1973, when they first put down part-time roots in Accord. I grew up spending weekends and summers here, returned for college, met my husband, got married on a mountaintop, and in 2020 our family made Kingston home full-time. It was one of the best decisions we've ever made.

Today, I'm proud to help others find their place here. I'm honored to be named Chronogram's #1 Top Real Estate Agent in the Hudson Valley, recognition that means even more since it comes from the community I love.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years leading organizations in hospitality, education, and healthcare, including eight years as CEO of a strategic consulting firm. That experience taught me how to navigate complex situations, communicate clearly, negotiate thoughtfully, and help people make confident decisions during important moments in their lives.

Clients know me for being calm, honest, and deeply committed to getting the details right. I love solving problems, finding creative paths forward, and helping buyers and sellers feel informed and supported through every step of the process.

I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), a graduate of the NYSAR Leadership Academy, and currently serve as President of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region REALTORS®. Since entering real estate, I've consistently ranked among the region's top producers.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me volunteering in our public schools, supporting local nonprofits, or exploring the Hudson Valley with my husband and our two children. I still get a thrill when I run into clients out in the wild—at a restaurant, a school event, or around town. It's a reminder that this business is as much about people as it is about place. Homes matter, of course, but so do the lives unfolding inside them. Helping someone find their footing here, then running into them again as neighbors, is one of the great joys of doing this work in the Hudson Valley.
