My family put down part-time roots in Accord, New York in 1973, and I grew up spending weekends and summers “in the country.” Over time, my connection to the Hudson Valley only deepened. I returned for college, met my husband, married on a mountaintop, and brought both of my children here within weeks of their birth. In 2020, our family relocated full-time to Kingston, and it has been the best move of our lives.
What continues to draw us to this place is its deeply rooted sense of community. The Hudson Valley is both welcoming and inspiring, and I’m grateful to support local organizations doing meaningful work, including Mohonk Preserve, The Kingston Farmer’s Market, and Seed Song Farm & Center. I serve on the board of the Forest Lake Camp Alumni Association, which helps expand access to summer camp experiences for underserved children, and I’m actively involved in our public schools through the PTO and Wellness Committee. We are incredibly lucky to call this dynamic, creative region home, and I love helping others discover the area and find the perfect place to put down their own roots.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than 15 years in hotel and restaurant leadership in New York City, followed by eight years as the CEO of a strategic consulting firm working across hospitality, real estate, education, and healthcare. Those roles shaped how I work today. I’m naturally curious and a careful listener, someone who pays close attention not just to what’s being said, but to what’s underneath it. Real estate decisions are rarely just about the numbers, and I’m mindful of the many variables that influence how and when people make them. I know when a situation calls for steady, grounded guidance and when it’s time to bring momentum and a little intensity to move things forward.
I’ve been practicing real estate in the Hudson Valley since 2021 and hold my Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. I’m also a graduate of the NYSAR Leadership Academy and currently serve as President of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region REALTORS®. Since my first full year in the business, I’ve ranked in the top 10% of producers by volume in the region.
I genuinely enjoy the puzzle of this work. I like untangling complicated situations, finding creative paths when things feel stuck, and helping people locate common ground when priorities don’t immediately align. My clients know me as a clear communicator and a persistent advocate, someone who stays engaged, asks smart questions, and shows up fully from start to finish.
After a few years in this work, I still get a thrill when I run into clients out in the wild — at a restaurant, a school event, or around town. It’s a reminder that this business is as much about people as it is about place. Homes matter, of course, but so do the lives unfolding inside them. Helping someone find their footing here, and then continuing to cross paths as neighbors and community members, is one of the great joys of doing this work in the Hudson Valley.
